What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved in your browser when you open a website. It helps the site work, and some cookies also measure how the site is used.
Which cookies do we use?

Strictly necessary cookies
These are the cookies needed for the site to work. Currently, the only cookie set for visitors is the one that stores your cookie preference; the contact form does not use cookies.
Analytics cookies
They run only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner or turn them on in “Settings”.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google): Pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location; whether the phone, WhatsApp and contact form buttons are used (what you write and your number are not sent). Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex): Visit statistics, click map and session recordings (Webvisor). What you type into form fields is not recorded.
This tool is not used to identify you. However, some information, such as IP address and device information, may be considered personal data.
External content: Google Maps
The map on the contact page is provided by Google and loads when the page is opened; it does not depend on your cookie preference. When the map loads, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google, whose servers are located abroad; Google may also use its own cookies. How Google processes this information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not want the map to load, you can also find the practice address and phone number in the contact section at the bottom of the page.
The site only contains a link to our Instagram account; no posts are embedded. Therefore, Instagram does not use cookies on our site unless you click the link.
Cookies we do not use
- We do not use advertising cookies.
- We do not do remarketing (showing you ads on other sites because you visited a page).
Transfer abroad
Google’s and Yandex’s servers are located abroad. When you consent to analytics cookies, the information collected by these cookies is transferred abroad. The map on the contact page, however, does not depend on consent; as described above, information is sent to Google when the page is opened.
- The “Accept” button in the cookie banner approves analytics cookies. This consent also covers the transfer of the information collected by analytics cookies to Google and Yandex servers abroad.
- In the “Settings” section, you can turn analytics cookies on or off separately.

How can you change your preference?
- On the site: Click the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. You can turn analytics cookies on or off at any time.
- In your browser: You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site, such as the contact form, may not work. Browser help pages: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox.
